Make Tenuta Santo Pietro your home base while you explore the region. Florence is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away and Siena and Cortona are only 40 minutes away. We can book a van with driver to take you to and from either city, arrange city tours in English or Italian and at the end of the day you can leave the crowds behind and return for a late afternoon dip in our refreshing pool.
What better way to enjoy the amazingly beautiful Tuscan countryside than by biking or hiking through it. Whether you want to enjoy an easy ride or walk to one of the area hill towns for lunch, or want to take on some of the region's punishing terrain, we can make it happen. We can arrange to have mountain or road bikes brought to the Inn for use during your stay and we'll happily help you plan day tours of the area. After a nice hike or ride, why not consider a trip to the local thermal baths for a relaxing soak or take a once in a lifetime ride in a hot air balloon at dawn.
