We look forward to helping you plan your Tuscan getaway at Tenuta Santo Pietro. Holidays at Tenuta Santo Pietro can be booked by the room or for the entire property; rates vary by season.

Booking by the room
Room Rates are as follows:
- €145 per night for Standard rooms
- €170 per night for Classic rooms
- €195 per night for Superior rooms
- €245 per night for Deluxe rooms
- €245 per night for Family rooms
Breakfast is included in cost of the room. Half and full meal plans are available. An extra bed can be accomodated in certain rooms for a fee of 35 euros per night. Please ask for more information when making your reservation.
Booking the Entire Property
The entire property may be rented by the week. Complete property rental includes a house cleaner, a gardener and a cook (food is purchased separately). To secure a reservation we require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, 30% 60 days before and the remaining 40% 1 week before arrival. Tenuta Santo Pietro is closed from early November to late March each year.
Deposits, Cancellations and No-shows
To secure a reservation, we charge a deposit of one night's accommodation for each room booked. While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific rooms, we cannot guarantee those requests; we can only guarantee the room category of your booking. A booking made with Tenuta Santo Pietro is a contract. As a small accommodation business, we do not operate an overbooking policy and we appreciate your respect for our cancellation policy. Any cancellation or rebooking request must be received in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the specified time periods outlined below.
- If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you make a cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, you will lose the first night's deposit.
- If you make a cancellation less than 14 days in advance of arrival, the full cost of your booking will be charged to your credit card.
- You may modify your reservation without penalty, based on availability, up to 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to modify your reservation 29 days or less prior to arrival, you may do so based on availability, but you will be charged a fee of €25.
If you do not arrive on the first night of your booking, we will wait until 8pm for you. After that we will assume you are not coming.
There will be no refunds for early departures. Once you have checked in, you are responsible for the full cost of your booking.
As the cancellation policy is strictly enforced, we strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
