Learn to cook authentic Italian recipes using fresh local ingredients in Tenuta Santo Pietro’s professional kitchen. Lessons, taught in English or Italian, are informal and can be tailored to cooking experience levels. Try your hand at making pici, a local Tuscan pasta, muddle your own pesto with fresh basil from our garden or learn to make a traditional tiramisu for dessert. This consists of preparing a full 3-course Tuscan meal which you then have for lunch or dinner accompanied by a tasting of our wines.
