- Please allow at least 24 – 48 business hours for order processing (and at least 2 – 3 business days during the holiday season), including orders requested for “In Store Pickup.”

- We ship orders only within the United States.
- We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipper. Once your order has been processed, we will send you your UPS tracking number so that you can track your shipment. Once the package is in UPS possession, we are not responsible for UPS delays and/or handling procedures.
- When purchasing online, shipping cost is calculated by destination zip code and total order weight (not by flat rate); we have negotiated rates with UPS to provide shipping costs at a discounted rate to our customers. To get the most accurate quote, use the “Calculate Shipping” feature on the main Shopping Cart page.
- We do not offer delayed shipping.
- We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided during checkout, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate address; We are not responsible for processing and/or shipping delays that may occur due to us being provided a P.O. Box address.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of our food products.
Non-food items purchased from Tenuta Santo Pietro can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they are in new and unused condition.
Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days during non-holiday periods. In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, please contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement (for non-food items only) at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order. All defective and damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork and photos of the damage. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.
