Buy products straight from the farm

We are proud to offer a limited supply of our delicious olive oil, truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, wine and other agricultural products directly to our customers.  Our line of olive oil products, honey, jam and wines are all grown and produced on our property using sustainable farming methods.  We source the freshest local ingredients to compliment what we grow to create unique products delivered directly from our kitchen to yours. 

Our property is home to over 1,100 olive trees of four indigenous varietals.  The trees range in age from 25 years to well over 100 years.  We pick all our olives by hand, using traditional methods which ensure that the fruit is at its best when we cold press it, the same day the olives are picked from the trees.

BOUTIQUE WINERY

Our 15 acres of vineyards are all located on our property as is our newly built wine cellar. Grape varieties include Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot. We put all of our effort into producing a very low yield of extremely high quality grapes. The successive work in the cellar also requires much care and attention to obtain the best possible results. Winemaking is a form of art that does not benefit from cutting corners, what comes out of each bottle you open is the expression of all the hard work that has gone into it. This may in part explain why drinking a great wine is such an emotional experience.
